For high-volume users of compressed air or neutral gases, several models of pressure regulators are available up to G2".
The desired pressure can be set in two different ways. With a spring-loaded pressure setting, a spring is compressed to preload the diaphragm that controls the airflow. This is a cost-effective and reliable design.
Alternatively, you can use an (external) pilot air control to set the pressure. These regulators offer a higher flow capacity and a flatter control characteristic compared to spring-loaded regulators.
With external pilot air control, you can also use a proportional pressure regulator to change the pressure of large air volumes with great flexibility. All regulators are self-venting, ensuring that excessive secondary pressure is released.
Primary pressures (P1) up to 25 bar or 40 bar are possible, with multiple secondary pressure ranges available. A secondary pressure range of 0.5–10 bar is supplied as standard.
Supplied including pressure gauges.
