Futura: Efficient Plastic Compressed Air Conditioning Units

The Futura units are modern and efficient compressed air conditioning units that help you deliver compressed air correctly to the user. You can filter the air, remove moisture droplets, regulate the pressure, or add an oil mist.

Always maintain the flow sequence — filtration, pressure regulation, lubrication — when assembling air preparation units. Units of the same size can be modularly connected as required.

Pay close attention to the flow capacity of the components. A pressure loss of just 1 bar costs you 7% additional compressor energy. Request the pressure loss diagrams and seek advice. Selecting an undersized unit will cost you unnecessary money over years of operation.

The Futura series is an elegantly designed and technically well-engineered product range with very low pressure losses. The various functions can be combined quickly and easily using connection kits. A modern Grivory® (PA) housing, POM adjustment knob, and NBR seals and diaphragms can be used from -10 °C to +60 °C, with a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar (primary pressure).

All units are ATEX certified in accordance with II 2 GD -10 °C < Ta < 50 °C.
